Privacy on Write, in plain words

Write is built so there is almost nothing to write a privacy policy about — and this page covers the little there is, plainly.

Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, sent to a server or stored anywhere except this device. This tool is template- and rule-based — it does not use generative AI, and it will never invent a fact for your post.

What stays on your device

The Readability Checker's draft, the Title Generator's favourites and the Checklist Generator's progress are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device, so the tools remember your place between visits. They are never transmitted to WorkKitly or anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently; we cannot recover them, because we never had them.

What we do not do

  • No accounts, so no passwords or profiles to store or leak.
  • No uploads: text you type or paste is processed by JavaScript in the page.
  • No sale or sharing of personal data — there is no personal data here to sell.

Third parties

The pages load the Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google's font servers to fetch them, and Google may log that request under its own policies. No analytics, advertising or social-media trackers are loaded by these pages. For the rest of WorkKitly, see the main privacy policy. Questions: contact us via the main site.
